SECURITY AT ANTEATER
AntEater can be deployed by your IT team in the cloud in a shared or dedicated environment to accommodate the most demanding security & compliance needs.
AntEater is a solution on top of your Gmail, Slack or Outlook, and other collaboration software date that provides additional productivity functionalities on top of your suite of collaboration software.
We are committed to protecting the security of your information and take effective precautions to safeguard it.
To do that, we ask for your permission to connect to your Google, Slack or Outlook account, and authenticate that connection via Google or Microsoft OAuth, a secure and safe API to access the data. Your AntEater account has the same industry-leading login security as your Google or Microsoft account. We do not permit standalone accounts and thus avoid any issues arising from insecure or redundant credentials.
AntEater does not sell, monetize or trade personal information from anyone using our service.
Our revenue is entirely derived from transparent subscription fees. Our free plans are time-limited to allow potential customers to trial the software, and have the same security measures in place.
By default, AntEater does not store the content (the body) of your emails or messages.
They are fetched via the Google, Slack or Microsoft API upon request when you wish to consume historical data.
AntEater temporarily stores metadata for the sole purpose of indexing and sorting your email with Artificial Intelligence, before presenting and visualizing that data back to you.

- and Private (deploy the whole stack on premise via Docker) deployments depending on your needs (> 5,000 seat license) for custom data protection & residency requirements.
